What happens if a charge is not disclosed?
You get it free. If EngageIQ has not disclosed a rate before you use the service, we will not add that charge to your bill.
Can I scale usage up or down?
Yes. Seats and usage appear on one bill, so capacity can change with your operation without adding separate product invoices or a long-term contract.
Can I bring my own carrier?
Yes. EngageIQ supports Bring Your Own Carrier over SIP trunking, or you can use carriers and numbers provisioned through EngageIQ.
